Meet Bill

Bill has been spending time in Leitchfield since his parents bought a house on Rough River in 1966. He grew up learning all the ins and out of lake property management, and learning about all the challenges that can come with remote home ownership. After retiring from a career with Louisville’s utility company, he decided to find a way to help others manage their lake property (and to have an excuse to stay at Rough River all the time).

Bill is a native of Louisville, KY and a graduate of DeSales High School and the University of Dayton (Go Flyers!). He and his wife, Ann, have been married for over 30 years.
